TV forum

What is TV? We can make an exercise if we are not conscious about the power of TV. How would be the world without TV? We wouldn´t know about many people that we "know". Maybe, our view of the rest of the world would be too different. TV is not just a "little box", it is like a window in our living rooms, a window which join the world. If it is truth, TV has the power of communicating any message to any person in the world. Through this channel not just images are transmitted. Ideas are transmitted, ways of thinking are transmitted. Can you imagine the power of this little box to "connect" the world?

How to prevent stress?

Health problem: Stress.

Stress appears when some situation makes people to face with tasks that exceed the normal demands. These tasks demand more work, more results. I think that is important to talk about it because many other diseases hinge on stress, it means that despite a person doesn´t have serious risk to suffer some illness the stress can bring about it. How to prevent the problem if it is so serious? The answer to this question needs fairly study, however I am going to submit some possible solutions:

- Make a plan of the things that you have to do in each day. If you know exactly what you have to do, the time won´t be wasted and tasks will be developed on time and without pressure.
- C.S. Lewis said that planning the future is a task that must be realized today, so take into account in planning each days ‘s tasks that you should include others tasks that are not going to be submitted today or tomorrow but you have to submit at some future time.
- Make things simple. It does not mean to realize things bad. It means that you have to be intelligent in each task that you do. There are easy and hard ways to make things, so try to find the easiest way that causes the best results.
- You have to learn how to rest. Some times we rest too much and it is not good because it means more work in the future. So you have to find the balance between work and rest.
